Edible lace tiles.

I came across these thanks to Oh Joy!, needless to say I was way overjoyed by the prospect of an edible lace tile. It's almost too good to be true...it looks good, I imagine it tastes great and it textile related. What more could a girl want.
They are inspired by Ander Kant (literally meaning ‘other lace’, or ‘other side’) lace pattern concrete tiles. Food designer Katja Gruijters has created these edible tiles in sugar, shortbread, génoise and chocolate.
