My second knitting experiment wasn't quite as successful as the 'Moose & Moss Stitch'. It was the first time I had attempetd cable so using 3 needles baffled me a little bit.
No craft project is ever a complete failure......, I managed to turn this NQR Cable sample into a brooch. 
I'll let you know once I've mastered cable but if you have any handy tips to make it simpler please let me know.

Thanks Kate! ....now I need to work out what stockinette stitch is..mmmm I'll get out the Readers Digest list of stitches to see if they can help me out. Will keep you posted.
