moose and moss stitch

I decided to challenge the idea that my entire knitting repertoire consists of knitting scarfs; long, short, striped, that's about as adventurous as it gets.
So over the weekend I undertook a few little projects to broaden my knitting knowledge and this is what I've come up with so far....a moose and moss stitch. I love the moss stitch, it's so delicate and something I foolishly thought was beyond me. The moose, well what can I say, I love him even more.
