4 of 4
Now this great project is another my industrious husband made for another of our friends newborn babies - young Teddy Mac. He stitched it himself and I did my best to make it look ipod-ish. It was a bit fiddly making it into the correct shape but I think as a team we managed it alright. Actually it's pretty darn cute if I do say so!

Sorry!
I've been super busy and a very bad blogger. But I have had lessons in how to knit cable and I am working very hard on a special project that I'll be able to tell you about in a bit. So hears hoping I'll be posting more regularly really soon. In the meanwhile I'll leave you with this from Feist and the Sesame Street Gang.

My husband stitches great things.
Here is the long awaited (If I haven't already posted it?? - but I shall anyway) first showing of my very talented husbands handiwork. He set out and designed and stitched the whole portrait of our good friends son. I then took it to be framed and it was sent off the the UK as a much belated first birthday present for young Harrison Taylor.

So I'm thinking socks..
Even though I'm more of a tights and skirt girl I do love a good pair of socks. Here are some extra special ones from Japan by a label called Antipast. May I also add that the Japanese know how to make really lovely socks (as well as some of the best tights I've ever had). So I'd consider shelling out the $$. Plus they're so pretty!!
